Alpha-1-Antitrypsin (SERPINA1) (Hepatocellular & Histiocytic Marker)(AAT/3167R) , 0.2mg / mL
This antibody recognizes a protein of 54 kDa , which is identified as Alpha-1 antitrypsin (AAT). AAT is secreted and is a serine protease inhibitor whose targets include elastase , plasmin , thrombin , trypsin , chymotrypsin , and plasminogen activator. Defects in this gene can cause emphysema or liver disease. Primary antibodies are available purified , or with a selection of fluorescent CF® Dyes and other labels. CF® Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®405S and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets , because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.
