Human IRAK1
Human IRAK1 Xpress Clones encode interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 1 (IRAK1), a serine/threonine kinase involved in IL-1R and TLR signaling pathways. IRAK1 plays a central role in activating downstream effectors like IKK, MAPKs, NF-κB, and AP-1. The protein includes a death domain (DD) and a kinase domain (KD). The K239A mutation in the ATP-binding pocket renders IRAK1 catalytically inactive, yet this mutant can still activate NF-κB independently, highlighting kinase-independent signaling functions. These clones are ideal for studying immune signaling, kinase function, and protein-protein interactions in inflammatory pathways. - 20 ug each
