White plates and tubes
Direct significantly more signal back to the qPCR instrument's detector compared to traditional clear plates (the improved signal reflection ensures that even the lowest levels of fluorescence are detected)
The white well walls stop the signal from passing thro µgh to the cycler block, where it can be inconsistently reflected or absorbed, leading to increased noise levels in detected fluorescence. This keeps variations in the cycler block from affecting qPCR data
Our white PCR plastics increases sensitivity, reduces variability and increases the signal-to-noise ratio within the qPCR assay
These considerations also applicable to 8-strip wells and individual PCR tubes.
Standard-profile (f µLl-height : around 21.0 mm) wells
“Standard” relative to the low-profile plates
Fit in most classical thermal cyclers and real-time PCR detection systems (ex. Bio-Rad's iCycler®, iQ™ series real-time PCR detection systems, and Applied Biosystems' reg µLar PCR systems and DNA sequencers)
Allow large reaction volumes
Plates reduce risk-splashing caused by cross-over contamination, minimizing the risk of well-to-well cross contamination

1. Sample storage : can replace the conventional 1.5mL centrif µge tube to store samples, can be arranged tidily to save space, with large storage capacity, and can withstand the -80℃ refrigerator condition. Therefore, it’s also called storage plate.
2. Sample processing : can be used in combination with m µLti-pass pipettes, high-thro µghput automatic liquid processors and respective software to allow the high-thro µghput operation of biological samples (ex. protein precipitation, liquid extraction, nucleic acid extraction, etc). Greatly improve the efficiency of sample processing. Can withstand high temperature and high-pressure sterilization at 121℃.
3. Sample injection : suitable for the automatic devices of various companies, it can be directly placed in the sample compartment of the automatic device for injection. Compared to conventional sample injection, it can not only double the sample amount placed in the sample compartment, but also recognizes the direct sample injection of samples after processing on the 96-well plate, eliminating the tedious work of pipetting and placing samples back and forth.
