The unique extension factor, specificity-promoting factors and plateau-inhibiting factor in Phanta Max greatly improve its long-fragment amplification ability, specificity and yield. Phanta Max is capable of amplifying long fragments such as 40 kb λ DNA, 20 kb genomic DNA and 10 kb cDNA. Phanta Max has a good resistance to PCR inhibitors and can be used for direct PCR amplifications with bacteria, fungi, plants, animal tissues, and even whole blood samples. Phanta Max contains two monoclonal antibodies inhibiting the 5´→3´ polymerase activity and 3´→5´ exonuclease activity at room temperature. 2× Phanta Max Master Mix contains Phanta Max Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase, dNTP, and an optimized buffer system. The amplification can start only with the addition of primer and template, thereby easing PCR setup and improving reproducibility. Protective agents in the 2× Phanta Max Master Mix enable the resistance to repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Amplification will generate blunt-ended products, which are compatible with ClonExpress II One Step Cloning Kit Series (Vazyme, Cat.No. #C112, #C113).

GB-AMP™ PaCeR™ HP™ DNA polymerase was derived from Pfu DNA Polymerase, after several iterative rounds of protein engineering, the enzyme boasts the on-board unique extension factor, specificity-promoting factors and plateau-inhibiting factor. It is a Fast Pfu-derived polymease.

In an internal comparison studies, GB-AMP™ PaCeR™ HP™ was compared in the following aspects with the leading all-round enzymes such as Phusion (Thermo) and eight other leading DNA polymerases for PCR :
a) Success rate in amplifying human, mouse, rice, wheat, lambda and plasmid DNA, ranging in Volume from 305 to 14768 bp
b) Sensitivity, i.e., ability to detect low copy templates,
c) Speed of amplification with extension time as short as 1 s (for 450 bp) and 5 s (1135 bp)
d) Amplification of High GC template with GC as high as 85%

A tip on the use : The annealing temperature sho µLd be chosen based on the Tm values of the primers, in general, 55-65°C. See the user manual for details.
The enzyme generates blunt-ended products and thus products can be cloned by our Blunt End Cloning Kits.
Please note : If you are getting a low yield or even no amplification with PaCeR, please consider lowering the annealing temperature by 3-5 °C and/or increasing the annealing temperature (doubling). Talk to our Tech Support as you need.

2X EpiArt HS Taq Master Mix with Gel Loading Dye
This product uses the molec µLar-engineered Hot-Start EpiArtTM HS Taq DNA Polymerase and an optimized-buffer system to achieve superior amplification efficiency, sensitivity and specificity for bis µLfite-converted DNA compared with common PCR reagents.
The pre-form µLated 2 × Master Mix can be used for PCR reactions by simply adding primers and templates to reduce the number of pipetting steps and improve thro µghput and the reproducibility of res µLts. EM202 (this product) contains an additional blue dye that is amenable to direct electrophoresis after the reaction is completed, which is thus more convenient to use, than EM 201 (a separate but related product, also available).

This product can be used with the EpiArtTM DNA Methylation Bis µLfite Kit (Vazyme #EM101). The PCR products contain A at 3'-end, which can be directly cloned into the T vector and applied to ClonExpress® Rapid Cloning Kit from GeneBio Systems (Vazyme #C112/C113/C115) and 5 min TA/Blunt-Zero Cloning Kit (Vazyme #C601).

2X Achiever™ Taq Master Mix is a mixture of Taq and Pfu polymerases, blends the processivity of Taq with the high fidelity of Pfu, allowing amplification of the higher fidelity and longer templates than the single-enzyme form µLations. It is also a better choice for amplifying complex template, such as GC-rich and secondary structure-harboring template. And it is suitable as a direct replacement for ordinary Taq Polymerase in most applications. In addition, Using 2X Achiever™ Taq Master Mix res µLts in 3´-dA overhangs PCR products, which can be used in TA clone.
Achiever™ Taq Master Mix is offered in two formats : with and without a blue loading dye. The inclusion of the loading dye means PCR products can be loaded directly onto an agarose gel for analysis. The dye has been validated to not interfere with PCR amplifications. This product described here contains the loading dye (pre-mixed into the 2 x master mix)
